I have #425 and mine leaked in the same manner recently. I removed it and took it to a local machine shop which specializes in Marine stuff, SS etc. I was more than willing to pay to have them fabricate a new one for me. They insisted the damage was localized and they repaired it with a ring of SS which they welded on. It cost 30 bucks. I live in Mexico so getting a new one from catalina would have been time consuming. I think those things are kind of custom made units, not stock items. It's just SS tubing that's bent on a break so any good machine shop can make you one, or order from catalina.
