I paid $195 twice as I didn't follow directions very well the first time. The job is fairly straight forward but I didn't remove the old frame as I thought it was an intregal part. I'm in Florida with plenty of humidity and this door has made all the difference. No more sweating. My old door was sweating so badly that it has stained the teak floor in front of the steps.
